Stone Ridge Asset Management LLC (“Stone Ridge,” “we,” “us” or “our”) values your privacy. This Privacy Notice describes how we may collect, use, share and otherwise process any personal information relating to a resident of California that we collect, as described below.

This Privacy Notice applies to all California residents who are not covered by our general Privacy Notice. Additionally, this Privacy Notice does not apply to employees, applicants for employment, contractors or business contacts.

- Personal information categories listed in the California Customer Records statute (Cal. Civ. Code §1798.80(e)), including financial information;

- Internet or other electronic network activity information, such as your internet protocol (IP) address, login data, unique device identifiers, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, mobile device carrier and other technology on the devices you use to access this website; as well as usage information, such as information about how you use the website and our products and services, referring/exit web pages, date/time stamps, error logs, and the frequency of your use of the website;

- Inferences drawn from other personal information; and

- Marketing and communications information, such as your preferences in receiving marketing communications from us.

Some of the personal information we collect may be deemed sensitive under data protection laws, including identifiers such as Social Security number. We will use such information only for lawful purposes in compliance with data protection laws, and will not use sensitive personal information provided to infer characteristics about you other than as required to comply with law or legal process such as for AML/KYC purposes.

We may also collect, use and share aggregated information such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. We do not disclose any personal information to anyone other than our affiliates, service providers and relevant counterparties without your consent, or as required by applicable law or regulation. We do not sell personal information obtained about you to any third parties, and have not done so in the twelve (12) months preceding the effective date of this policy. However, some of the ways in which we share your personal information with third parties on certain of our websites may, under the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (collectively, the"CCPA"), be considered to be a 'sale' of personal information or 'sharing' of personal information for 'cross-context behavioral advertising'. We are committed to providing individuals with reasonable and appropriate access to their personal information. If you believe that we are processing personal information about you and wish to have access to that information, we can provide you with that data or at least an explanation of why we cannot do so in the particular context.

In the preceding 12 months, we have collected and used personal information in the manner described above in the sections “PersonalInformation we Collect; How we collect your personal information; and How we use your Personal information.” We may have disclosed to third parties for our business purposes all of the categories of personal information as described above in that section. We will not discriminate against you for exercising data subject access rights.

The CCPA entitles California residents who are natural persons (other than investors) to certain rights which, subject to certain limitations and restrictions, may include the right to: (i) request additional disclosures about the personal information we collect, use, and disclose, i.e.,a “Request to Know (Categories of Information);” (ii) obtain a copy of personal information in a portable format, i.e., a “Request to Know (Specific Pieces ofInformation),” sometimes called the Right to Access or Right to DataPortability; (iii) request erasure of personal information, i.e., a “Request toDelete Information,” sometimes called the Right to Be Forgotten; (iv) request the correction/rectification of personal information; (v) restrict or object to the processing of personal information; and (vi) opt out of the sale of personal information, sharing of personal information for purposes of cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, and profiling in furtherance of decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects, i.e., a “Request to Opt Out.”

Additionally, under California Civil law,Californians are entitled to request information relating to whether a business has disclosed personal information to any third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes. These rights are not absolute and we reserve all ofour rights available to us at law in this regard. Additionally, if we retain your personal information only in de-identified form, we will not attempt tore-identify your data in response to a request.

If you make a request related to personal information about you, we will need to verify your identity. To do so, we will request that you match specific pieces of information you have provided us previously, as well as, in some instances, provide a signed declaration under penalty of perjury that you are the individual whose personal information is the subject of the request. If it is necessary to collect additional information from you, we will use the information only for verification purposes and will delete it as soon as practicable after complying with the request. For requests related to particularly sensitive information, we may require additional proof of identification. If you make a request through an authorized agent, we will require written proof that the agent is authorized to act on your behalf. We will process your request within the time provided by applicable law.
